I ordered a Becker DVD set on Dec. 8, 2009 (My order # 49). I contacted them by email, their reply was "We already shipped your item please be patient it is the Holiday season so packages are taking longer than expected. If you don't received in 10 Business day, please let us know. We will ship your item again with a tracking number. I tried contacting them 2 more times, and never received the dvd set, but was charged the $ 57.90. It is now June 2010 and I think it's same to assume that I am NOT going to get them.
