On 3 occasions I ordered a meal with large fries, pulling the order of fries out of the bag, you couldnt see the fries because they were below the red front part of the box. I sent an email to Mcdonalds to complain and the franchise owner called me to rectify it and sent me a voucher for a free meal. I went a month later to get my free meal from this location and low and behold, my fries were half full again. I sent another email to him just to let him know(not for free voucher) and never got a response from him. That was my last visit to that store. read full review »
