I ordered products from a well known reputable company who shipped my package via FEDEX GROUND and provided tracking info which showed the package arrived in brooklyn Dec 29. I waited until Jan 2 to call even though they already had notes that they were attempting delivery, I never received door tags, they then said the package was on the wrong truck and assured me that Sat Jan 3 I would have my package.
