I give Hp Design Jet 800 plotter to Nahil Computers on 26th June. They reply me after one week for the problem & ask first pay money then we will place order to HP. When I said you can place order & we will pay money they said first pay money then order is given (as per company policy). We I paid the amount 1300 saudi riyals they said we will call you after 4 working days & till 10th June no reply. Today I called company they said spare parts not come from Hp it is delayed from HP.
