I ordered the free trial also, they charged my account $3.98 for each on 1/23/09, didn't recieve the products until after the begining of February. Saw 2 charges of $87.83 on my account today 2/9/09, called immediately the number by the chages on my bank statement. Talked to an Andrea, who asked if I wanted to cancel my account. To which I replied yes and I want the $175.66 credited back to my account. She said it was past the 14 day trial period and gave me a cancelation confirmation number for each and told me to wait for an email about... read full review »
