Signal comes in and out, sucker you with rebates than string you along for at least 45 days to qualify for the rebates an computer modem service is the worst its hit and miss sometimes I can log on sometimes I cant, stay away from them, pay a little more and get much better service Customer Service is in India and with poor service I get cut off before problem is resolved Modem and phones have different refund policies be careful. read full review »
