My husband and I went to have lunch and only spend $28.65, with one juice, one small entree and 2 pasta plates, 2 coffees. Our surprise is that they charged us 18% gratuity, just like that. That is a rip-off!! Why are they obliging us to pay them the gratuity?? They should not do this. It is completely un-ethical and unacceptable! read full review »
