I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Filter (Model: Star LX) from Vijay Sales, Chembur, Mumbai (India) on April 9, 2010. The technician who came to instal the machine on April 11th told that the machine was defective, as the PCB was not working. After my persistent follow up on phones (no response received from their Feedback lodged by me in their portal), a new machine was sent, duly replacing the defective piece.
