I ordered a free trial of the Bromolite from their website and paid for only shipping as requested. When the products arrived two weeks later no notice about cancellation was included but within 15 days of my first phone call they had charged me an additional $87.65 for a new unauthorized shipment. Which I never received. This company as I learned from my credit card company has a no return policy so once you go past the first 14 day, calculated from the time you enroll, you are automatically charged the full rate and the company... read full review »
