I have cancelled a E-ticket with PNR no. 2404967925 & transaction ID. 0197674895 on 14/05/10. Although, IRCTC customer care, Internet Ticketing vide mail dtd.17/05/10, informed that an amount of Rs.4020/ has been credited to HDFC Bank, but till 7th June it was not been credited to my A/c. As desired by them, I have attached a scan copy of the Bank statement to them vide mail on 8th June, 10.
