If you need to ship something internationally do NOT waste your time with this company. I have been fighting with this incompetent company for 4 weeks as they bungled the air freight shipment of a piece of scientific equipment from Italy to Golden CO (US). May 14th 2010 they picked up our equipment in L'Aquila. They first sent it to Belgium by truck. There they discovered they either could not read, or had lost all 10 copies of the paper work stack provided to them.
