While on vacation I was notified that my house was flooded. More than 2 inches of water in the home and more than 3 feet in the crawl space. I called 1-800-ALLSTATE to get the claim started since it was a covered loss from a broken water line under the kitchen sink. Now, over a year later we are still not in our home, have had to file suit due to Allstate's ridiculous payment of less than $11, 300.00 to repair our home which was never dried correctly by the company they sent out.
