The owners, especially Rich, is on your back constantly -- if you're getting a cup of coffee and Danish, he's right beside you cleaning up and sending a clear message that you don't DARE drop a single crumb. Rich is constantly asking if you need anything if you help yourself to a second cup of coffee -- telling you in his actions that he'd rather you NOT get a second cup.
