I visited the Ashburn, VA location of this salon 5/22 just to get a trim. I had already made an appointment for a stylist, and I admit that I was about 10 minutes late, so I wasn't upset about waiting 10 more minutes myself for the stylist that had already been assigned to me to finish up with her client. She finally called me back and sat me in a chair.
