Dear Sir, On my Reliance phone (02 Nos.) Voice Mail Service gets automatically activated. A lot of times I have lodged complaints to Customer Care & got it deactivated, also by personally visiting many times at Reliance World, A-Block, Faizabad Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow I got it deactivated and instructed to not activate it. But every time after 2-3 days it is activated and every time Rs. 30.00 is deducted from my balance. Hope Reliance is not paying its employees by collecting money from consumers like this.
