I opted and using GPRS internet on PC and charging my mobile (No. 8084923335) every month with Rs. 98/ plan for the same. The same amount has already been debited from my main balance every month for the same service. The representative of customer care shown his inability for its debit in my main balance and has forwarded it to his senior but no action has been taken towards this. Pl. see the details and debit the auto debited amount (@ Rs. 98/month) charged as excess payment for internet browsing from last few months.
