Citizen automobile finance took more out of my account than authorized by me due to late charges however the late charges were not my error but theres and now they say they can not refund the amount owed back to me. The first -10 respresentors I spoke to via phone stated a check would be sent now they are saying that the amount owed is going to principle on my account. How can a company tell a customer how their money will be applied when it is not there money to use however they want. It should be up to the customer! read full review »
