i ordered tickets for the chicago shedd aquarium for june 13th.they send me tickets for saturday june 12th. i called to complain and see if they could just send me new tickets since it was already paid for.they told me no they couldnt do that since they were no longer selling tickets for the 12th.i said well this is ridiculous i ordered tickets for the 13th and on your end screwed up and sent me tickets for the wrong date, they relpiled by saying they couldnt reissue due to all sales being final, and that they couldnt resell tickets for that... read full review »
