I have airtel prepaid connection of HP where I'm working presently. Problem is that when I reached in haryana region my all outgoing calls are barred or I can not make outgoing calls even there no issue of account balance & network. I have made complaint many times at 09816098160 but no satisfactory response recieved even i have changed my hand set also but the problem remains same.
