Most of us get promotional leaflets along with our credit card bills. I have fallen in trap of one such company called 360 Gifts- Kaviraj Housewares located in Bangalore. They advertised a Sony Ericsson model K770i, which I purchased in Sept 2009 for Rs. 7998/-. Within 6 months I started facing the following problems: 1. The handset would just go dead anytime 2.
