Hi, I frequently book my railway ticket from IRCTC's(indian railway catering and tourism corporation limited)(www.irctc.co.in ) Online Passenger Reservation System which provides booking facility of Railway tickets online I always book my tickets 2 to 3 weeks before my journey. but most of the time whenever I try to book my tickets online through IRCTC, it shows ticket availability status in Waiting, but after 1 or 2 days or even on same day, If I go to railway tickets reservation station, I always get confirm tickets.
