I have purchased VIDEOCON SPLIT A.C. 'Eco-Chill' which is not working. It is in the warranty period. Many complaints have already been lodged with the company. Even various E-MAILS has been sent to MR. DHOOT, CEO & M.D. of the company, BUT he did not respond to even once. So, what is the fun to purchase the A.C. from Videocon.
