Needed A latch assembly for my trunk on my Electra Glide Classic. I was there 3 seperate times before I recieved the correct parts. THEN when I started to replace it the instructions stated you need a special rivit tool. AGAIN I went back to this dealer asking the service dept. to put 4 rivits in for me. ANSWER--- NO--- We will have to charge you. OK how much? I waited 10 minutes. She came back and said $95.00. Stated ower time is worth something. I asked her what do you think my answer will be?
