We booked two rooms for us (retired couple) and a room for my elderly sister. We were seperated by another room.At 1 am 4 men arrived in the room between and started fighting and swearing loudly for two hours. Then started again at 6 am. We went down to the desk in the AM to complain and didn't want to spend another night and they agreed to a refund. However, they refused to give us the refund. Bad Business Practices. I complained on travel site and they said we were part of the problem and had to be asked to leave due to partying. Ha ha we are 65-70 not much partying going on-believe me! read full review »
