I joined their website via telemarketer. I was not happy with what I received and canceled my membership. Of course not checking my bank statement they continued to take money out of my account. I called them and they signed me up for 2 different accounts without me knowing. When they played back the audio of the conversation (listening for the two different memberships) I still didn't hear that I agreed to the 2 of them.
