This company continuously mailed books to our home. Each package was unopened and immediately returned to sender. At times, even our mail carrier asked us if we wanted the package left and he returned it directly to the post office. We were sent invoices for these books. We called Heritage Family Library, explained we did not want the books, asked them to discontinue sending them and also explained that each shipment we received was returned unopened. They claimed to update their records and discontinue sending invoices - which never happened. Now they have turned us over to a collection agency. read full review »
