This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Not only do they lack basic customer service skills, the operators are rude, condescending and liars. They never have any phones in stock, nor do they have the professionalism to let you know when stock will be updated. I've been trying to get a claim filed for three days and had three operators and a supervisor hang up on me.
