I too was sucked into this free trial for acai berry, I panicked today after reading all these complaints. and called right away to cancel and was shocked when someone answered the phone. i was told I could not cancel the order until I had the product in hand. I told her I did not want my credit card hit with all the charges. I also mentioned the free trial and was quickly told nothing is free you have to read the terms and conditions.
