I ordered a flower bouquet for Rs 720/- which to be delivered to a friend of mine on his birthday. The feedback I received from my friend was that some soiled old flowers were delivered without any greetings or the name of the sender. My friend was wondering who sent him such a lousy bouquet and knew it was sent by me only after I told him. But it was really embarassing.
