I had Reliance broadband Internet connection last 6 month. My user id is 347055796085 1. Since 17/05/2010 my R broadband connection is not working, so I have made complaint at reliance customer care . I was told that somebody will call shortly and the resolve this issue within 24 hrs as per SLA. I told them about the urgency and requested to do it soon as I facing so many problems in my bussines.. next day he visited to my office and checked all connections and informed my staff that there is no connection issue at office all are ok... read full review »
