I used Intercargo to send 3 pieces of luggage from the UK to the US. Their service is terrible. They never respond to any emails you send them and will not give you any answers to your questions. They kept asking for a copy of my passport, which I had already sent 3 times prior. They kept telling me they cannot send my luggage without the passport copies. After finally completing paperwork, they admitted that my luggage was sent to the wrong place and was put in storage.
