Barti Airtel cellphone operarors deduct charges of Rs.75 for services not used by me.They simply send a sms and deduct charges at there will.I am an illiterate aged woman using the cellphone only for receiving and answerig calls.But I am charged several times for downloading games other misc.Because of my age I am not in a possition to use the cellphone for anyother purpuse.I have complained to them several times and they continue their activities stating their records say so.Is there any forum from where I can get remedy. pattammal. chennai read full review »
