I'm being charged by CIC Triple Advantage for a monthly fee of 12.95. I contacted the company and closed the account in November. They claimed I reopen the account in December and viewed my credit report. How can a account be reopen without my knowlegde or permission. I spent about one hour arguing over 12.95 with three operators placing me on hold.
