I received a letter from Westlake Marketing stating that it was the final notice. (Award Claim Notification) Regarding my consumer rewards program winnings. It also stated that in accordance with the consumer rewards program commission policy, my prize award money has been forwarded to their clearing/disbursement isstitution to release the funds to me.
