Our business credit card has been charged 4 times for $14.99 for a service that was nto authorized. I have called several times, ther first time they could find my account, then when I called back they couldn't find it and the call was dropped by them. Everytime that I try to call and talk to someone I get hung up on. Try calling 1-800-444-8011 for customer service. They have actual Americans ansering those phones, that can communicate a lot better. read full review »
