US Pharmacy keeps calling after repeated requests to remove me from their data base -- which was apparently acquired via USA Pharmacy. They claim to be in Maple Valley, WA but I have had no success contacting them. Today I spoke with a Supervisor claiming to be Justin Cooper -- he assured me I would be removed from the data base after 3 years of requests. Let's see what happens. read full review »
