Had my HP Presario 500 Laptop just over 2 yrs, had to have it sent away after 1 yr for the Wireless connection not working, had the Motherboard relaced, another year gone by and it's goe again. No support from HP whatsoever. I'v researched this on the Internetand know this common fault that they should have rectified a long time ago.
