TD bank just hot my account with fees totaling 105 dollars for Overdraft. I tired to work out the ridiculousness of the error on the phone, but was treated to a rude demeanor and talked down to. I was theoretically over by $9, but there is nothing they can show me to prove this. My online account don't even say I was... the fee just showed up. They refused to explain it accurately and were generally dismissive. One of the single worst customer service experiences of my life.
