I atteneded a Proscout event over the past weekend, and I can safely tell you that they are NOT in any way a scam. Firstly, take a look at their profile with the better business bureau, and you will clearly notice that they have an A + rating, which is INCREDIBLY rare and not an easy accomplishment.
