made appointment 2 weeks ago, for brake recall. Car sat there all day and did not even make it into shop. Service taker, and manager were rude. Stating recall time is taking 3-4 hours per car. Obviously the brakes are more screwed up than GM is letting on. Dealership would not provide courtesy vehicle. Basically they told me tough shit, we will get to it sometime. read full review »
