Bought an expensive Simmons Beautyrest pillow top queen mattress set in August 2010. Within a couple of months there were body indentations in the mattress. It was similar to the indentations you see when someone places a hand on a Tempurpedic, except these indentations did not disappear when no one was lying on the bed. if we moved elsewhere on the mattress, parts of our legs or arms wound up in the indentations. This company had serviced my home before, and when it came time to provide me with a contract for the current heating season, the guy who came to the house said the company would no longer take responsibility for filters which were not purchased from them. Their price is triple what they can be bought for. I had to sign a disclaimer that I would not hold them responsible for the filters being "sucked into" the system. Ordered a pair of shorts for $88.00 which have studs on the pockets. Followed washing directions, but when they came out of the machine, two studs and their backings were missing, and in there places were two gaping holes. Karmaloop says they are not responsible for clothing once it has been worn or washed. No other company I have ever dealt with has not taken responsibility for defective items. read full review »
