On June 16, 2010 I was on line looking for information on my medical problem. I found a general answer on line but wanted a better one so up pops just answer so I go on it. They say if you do not accept the answer they give you there is no charge. They fail to tell you that they will charge you first to make sure you have the money in the bank just in case you agree with the answer you get.
