I ordered flowers from BloomEx to be delivered to my mother-in-law the Friday before Mother's day. They not only failed to deliver the product, but when I found out they had not and contacted customer service, they could barely help. I spoke to two customer service reps at the 1-888 number, who both told me they would have a manager call or I could call customer service at the same number I called them and the same menu numbers!
