I live overseas and sending flowers to my mom for her birthday is pretty important to me and her. My flowers were not only delivered 2 days late but when they arrived they were the wrong order, cheap carnations. I can understand making a mistake. My real problem was how hard it was to get in touch with someone to put the situation right. My mom called for me as I live in an opposite time zone and they had the nerve to tell her it was her fault when I obviously have the order slip in front of me and made no mistakes on address or date.
