I have had a credit card for over 13 YEARS with US BANK at 9.9% FIXED. Never Late always paid on time. Well they raised my rate, called them and they were very RUDE and quoted their little fine print. I also have a home loan with them with a fixed rate, but my payment depending on the escrow goes up then goes down the next year, then back up, them back down. I would NEVER recommend this bank, their customer service is RUDE, the credit card rate increase shows me they could give a crap about long time excellent credit customers with them.
