I have tried to get ahold of the company via email and phone a number of times over a two month period to no avail. I have left messages, emailed at least once a day. I ordered my "free sample" on the 12th of December and didn't even get it until the 15th of January, however in the mean time I had called them before my 14th day even though I didn't even have the product to cancel.
