This would be my 2nd time this occured. AT 11:05am on 6/17/10 I was heading on NJ PARKWAY NORTH traveling to Paramus NJ, I entered the BERGEN toll booth In LANE #2 that said EXACT change. So I stopped & paid my $1.00 in four quarters & the machine never said PAID THANKYOU! As it should. so ! honked my horn for approx 5 seconds & proceeded to exit the booth.
