set up dd on my account i signed nothing with them this is illegal and fraud, theft, only realised today its not a one off payment i suggest you all check your accounts and ensure they do not re set up an DD they took a 68 pound fee without my consent even though my acc was empty wont refund within the 14 days specified on the phone wont answer calls wont respond to my letters i have 1000 pound mysteriously appeared in my account on the 9th june via a cheque banked by hand not even in london i have had to freeze account cut up card ... read full review »
