Talk about a company that gives the runaround to their customers... Thats an understatement to the service I have recieved(actually havent recieved) from this bogus warranty. when the dickhead sold me the warranty on may of 2009 There was nothing said about oil changes or vehicle maitnence. I drive an 04 f-150 and my transmission went out on me last week. When the repair shop tried to submit a claim Joe with Prolong Plus needed a copy of 5 oil changes(he gave no specific instructions) and a transmission service.
