Hello Sir, I bought a Nokia-6500 in Nov-08. From Sept-09, I was facing some problem with the keypad functioning of my cell, but it used to happen sometimes only. Whenever i took the phone to Nokia care, they used to tell me there is no problem. Now the keypad is not working except the on/off key, and since the phone is not in warranty now, Nokia care guys are charging me. I am not getting why Nokia Care (Pune-Aundh) was not able to identify the problem when my phone was in warranty.
